Do you offer same-day drain cleaning?
Backups get priority during office hours. Call and the office gives you the earliest real opening rather than a same-day promise.
What kinds of drains do you clear?
Kitchen, bathroom, floor, laundry, commercial and main sewer drains.
When is a camera inspection useful?
When the clog keeps coming back, the line might be damaged, or we need to see exactly where and what the blockage is.
Do you provide pricing first?
Yes. We look at the drain, explain the approach and give you the price before approved work begins.
Do you service septic tanks?
No. We do not provide septic-tank service. If you are unsure whether you need a plumber or a septic company, tell our office what is happening before arranging a visit.
What should I tell the office when I call?
